馄饨 húntun noun wonton 馄饨Wonton, dumplings made of a thin skin of dough, with a meat or vegetable filling, either boiled in a soup or steamed. Wonton are popular throughout China. In Guangdong they are known as yuntun (云吞) and in Sichuan, they are known as chaoshou (抄手). |
